University of Toronto Sailing Club: Comp

Our competitive program sails out of The National Yacht Club by Coronation Park along the downtown Toronto harbor front, just a short TTC ride down from the St. George campus.

Our team trains in the double-handed 420 dinghy five days a week starting September 9th 2013 and runs only until October 18th 2013. Our team travels within Ontario, Quebec and the Northern United States as part of the Intercollegiate Sailing Association's Middle Atlantic Intercollegiate Sailing Association (MAISA) where we sail Collegiate 420's, Club 420's and FJ's depending on the host school's fleet.

Unfortunately MAISA events are open to Undergraduate students only. That does not mean graduate student cannot participate in racing! We encourage graduate students with an interest in racing to make them selves known to our leadership so that we may attempt to register events where Graduate students are eligible.

As of September 2nd our Fall 2013 regatta schedule is:

September 14th -15th @ Cornell University (Ithaca NY)
September 28th -29th @ Hobart and William Smith (Geneva NY)
October 5th -6th @ Queens University (Kingston Ontario)
